DIFUSI INOVASI SISTIM INFORMASI DAN KINERJA PROSES INTERNAL PEMERINTAHAN DESA DESTINASI WISATA: KEBERMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Peran penting difusi inovasi sistim informasi/teknologi dalam menunjang jalan organisasi sudah didokumentasikan oleh penelitian sebelumnya. Namun, penelitian gagal memberikan perhatian pada pemerintahan desa destinasi wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh difusi inovasi sistim informasi terhadap kinerja proses internal pemerintahan desa. Selain itu, penelitian juga melihat pengaruh variabel TOE, kebermanfaatan teknologi, terhadap kinerja proses internal pemerintahan desa. Peran sebagai moderator juga diujikan pada variabel kebermanfaatan teknologi. Dengan menggunakan 32 responden yang mewakili delapan pemeritahan desa destinasi wisata dan smart pls digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa difusi inovasi sistim informasi berdampak pisitif terhadap kinerja proses internal pemerintahan desa. Selain itu, kebermanfaatan teknologi berperan sebagai full moderator antara difusi inovasi sistim informasi dengan kinerja proses internal pemerintahan desa. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi pada integrasi dua teori yaitu Resources Based View dan TOE. Dengan kata lain, dua teori ini bisa menjelaskan variasi kinerja pemerintahan desa destinasi wisata.
